One old friend texted me in the morning. Surprisingly, he knws how im feeling thou i didnt tell him anything. Even Nth much on my media that express my feeling, then i remembered he's another cancerian. we knew for 5years and he always pick the right time to sent regards to me whenever im down. The only cancerian guy fren i had. Spoken to another cancerian guy fren of chloe's, studied psychology, sensitive and smart fella. Very persuasive and nice guy too. Told me loads of reality and facts and human relations issue. Im just thinking if all cancerian women and men are really that sensitive and always the one that predicts accurately. We seems to be the one always see things that what others doesnt see. We love hard fall hard. We dont give up so easily. But thats is our weakness. Often, get used by others against us. Come to think of it, i only had two cancerian men. And two cancerian women. Great mind thinks alike. My lovely da sao, one sweet cancerian, always got hurt, and tears. I guess cancerian could only express their thoughts in tears. Delicate and emotional.
Men and women of other signs really have to understand. We didnt mean to over react but is in us. We do have a hard time keeping ourselved happy as we are constantly finding ways to please others.

My bb back from sailing and i surprise him waiting outside his naval base with my dimsum. Hoho!
Yesterday, the moon was so beautiful and i was hoping he were there with me. Then bb said he noticed it too when he was onboard. He said he knew i sure like it. And it seems like we were staring at the moon at the same time thinking of each other. Its telepathy i guess? Hahahahaha... I really like this simple kind of romance. So sweet so memorable. And these two days when he was away, i sent him 5 msges only. Didnt realised bb actually wanted my attention so much till he told me ,"so little msg ah". Haha. Actually i miss him so much that no any words can describe my feelings. Although is just two days, is enuff to kill me a lil inside. Bt glad that im the first to hear n see him. Changed my foundation to darker tone and accidentally achieve that japan 109 chic look. But still, many prefer me with my usual fair skin look. Been working hard and had little time to blog!!:(

Last sun was a fruitful trip. Went church with reiee n sheena, very inspired. And had lunch tgt with michael after that. My 2rd attempts on korean food. Seems ok actually. This is the life i want. Everybody has their best friend, but it doesnt mean anybody can be your best friend's best friend. Its always good n logical to give more and you will sow more. Becos God trusted your generousity, knew you can carry his task, so he would give u more and u could give even more. True. Bt always remember ,"self-sufficient" and "faith". I met my girls today, they were darn sweet can. Melt my heart totally. Especially nana's and xian's gift and han written love letter. Wahhh happy max. I love receivin hand made gift and letters. So sincere and so heart warming. I knoe im weird and im hard to be understand, bt they manage to hook my weakness. ♥♥thats y i love them. Crazy abit, naughty abit, serious abit, fight abit, cry abit ,abit here n there. Almost 10years since we met. The fights that drew our heart closer. The hugs that makes our life better. We left. Not for the beta ones but beta understanding in future. Upset and glad. To know a man like him it's a memories worth keeping. Get to love deep again and trust again really took loads of courage. Im one if I choose to love, I love it wholeheartedly. There is no deep or shallow just yes or no. A man who let me tears yet smiling at times, his the first. I probably could not weigh if this time this love is stronger or weaker,or I love him more than previous. Bt to know I'm once loved by a man who told me I'm his deepest. I felt worth. Things get worse before it gets beta. Seriously, friends? If one day, a man truly want you so much, friends are not going to be the next thing he thought of anytime, bt how to make u keep the smile all time. I gt stable and supporter friends who always there for me even I Mia-Ed so often each time I'm in love. But their concern is not me not showing them face but getting hurt again. Losing myself

I miss my bb alot. And sometimes quite upset when knwing other girl friends is more imprt than me. I went crazy last night and un understand why I does that. I knew history might repeat and the phobia kept coming bck. Just hopin he doesnt change which is probably almost impossible. Upset. Disappointment. But I do know he cares for me but I cannot stand my Bf to have to girl best fren and worst when I'm sick ,he's with them. I really upset. Bt I could only pray he's different. :(

Gua Sa Slimming

Im going to start my Gua Sa Slimming today.

Some people like me who have difficulties in slimming specify areas like thigh could try this method. My eldest sis manage to reduce her thunder thigh to fit in smaller sizes pants now!:D
It really works but the pain and the bruises is the issue that most people might be concern.

It's normal to have bruises(O-Chei) on the area you massage and the darker it gets the better your body detox faster. Therefore, lesser visible Cellulite. It helps to drawn toxin out of our body and aids blood circulation. My eyes even tried to use this to reduce her eyebags and it works. But of course for eyes area you have to be extra delicate and do not massage till it bruises. Only light redness you can stop already. And does this everyday, you gonna see results!

Hi ppl! I bet some of them left me becos I haven been active in blogging recently. Anyway, Im quite free nw! Have been seeing my loverboy almost everyday. And he even waited for me to end my golf event two days ago. I'm like shades darker now:( the sun's a bitch;(
Bb was very sweet and nice. He rmbs everything I told him. And he treats me like his babyprincess. Yea, probably some say its just honeymoon. But who knows we can make it last?! Heehee..
I decided to go back to my yogurt diet, have put on too much already! My face look chunkier an younger becos of my fat but my figure....CANNOT LAH!!! Lols

Me and Thaiboy no longer together since 2 months+ ago.. and i found somebody else who appreciate my love.

Sometimes, given a chance or say many chance, even if the person really change, it' just too late for that somebody to come back when she decide to leave.

And of course getting over is not forgetting or erasing the memories you once had...
But accepting the fact that this person no longer "the One" we used to hold on to.

I met Zhiyi from my Ptbf, gabriel.

He's nice. Yes, all guys are nice when they wanna woo you!

But it's the chemistry that pull us tgt.

He's not rich but his heart and sincere enuff to fed my heart. He's not extremely handsome but he's very charming to me.
He doesnt have to sweet talk..cos his actions proves to me that he can take care of me.

Guys, this is what a girls want.

Sorry didn't update recently. Im still working or my jap skincare company and I'm happier now. Hee! Met up with my lovely Jnelt and sheen- the other day. Wah, I miss those days...me n my beloved Jnelt always got mistaken as twin. And happy to see her again! Hoho.
Was pretty happy with my life now. Jon n friends were great! Everybody who left me when I'm with thaiboy all came back. Been going out with my Ptbf and his frens. My cute tattoo siao. Haha!! And I got more time alr!! Can finally date all my girls out too. I miss steamboat with Shuana, amaryllis, Wanzhuo and Sophia at mootaka!!!!:((( and also miss my crazy girls, sheena, Rochelle, Yixiu and all. I've been isolated by work for so long and I hardly get to see my beloved sis Kaikai also. Wah, I felt so bad. Hopefully I could plan my time well and meet all of them soon. btw, I'm leaving for hong kong to work on 8th nov. 1 week. Pls pls miss me ok!!? And I grew fatter le!! I need to gym;( I started to feel old alr, my skin getting worst :((( but I know u guys will still love me right??!! Heehee. Even since i started my working life, lack of sleep, lack of nutrient. Lack of this la..lack of that uh..

I become darker too! As im exposing to the sun so often that i start to go out for lunch just to avoid the sun!!!!

What's worst, im still getting darker. Then i realise, most lights in our house or office contain UV ray too!!

Even you're not out in the sun, you will also become tan somehow.So i always hide my arms and legs with my sweater in my office..

And you can imagine how i sit, totally unglam.:D

Now the next problem comes into story.

Slightly glitterish pinkish eye shadow will help to bring out the feminine look from asian yellow skin..as the glow itself is pretty natural!:)

The final Look.

Left is much natural and abit cat eyes look. Suitable for glam style.

For the right is abit more to puppy eyes, cute and feminine kind. Will tends to give an illusion of bigger eyes and innocent anime big eyes kind!

Her brows are much more define and i gave her brows an natural arch instead of the korean style triangle brows...:)

Follow by Eyeshadow..The colour was quite rich thou. So advise to people who

are going to try for the first time..dapped lightly to check the shade before going any darker!:)

And of cause familiar crew whom i liase and advert for them before like Elfraine and Jiayi:)
This branding is created by 5 Socialites, namely-
Jennifer Lin, Sun Yun-Yun, Sun Ying-Ying, Michelle Liao & Cammier Huang.
This product is more delicate and thin compared to tgat of european's fine lines on our skin become evident when we wear thicker foundation. This is to allow us to get that Nude and light makeup effect .

I usually prefer matte look and thicker brows so i will kinda look fresher and cleaner of cause younger...(if i did not do my deepset eyelid)

My complexion werent as good as before because of the clogging pores and unbalance diet.

So i try to cover and cover..:D

Which eventually i look like a paper..Dry dry dry and dry is still the word.:D

Came to this event as her model for Melissa Yeo, a renowned makeup artist

for HER WORLD and many other magazines...

Melissa going to create the glam look with less powder and more healthy glow effect for me..

So i removed my makeup and yes, bare my face to the world.OMG...LOL

No need the deepset eyelid method, you can alr create this glam beautiful looking eyes look

with a tough of elegance..and the powder Melissa used were like 1/5 of my usual layers..

I look like some sick person, in fact im really sick and insomnia for many mths alr.

This is Melissa Yeo.

I love their starry Eye shadow, gave me a super feminineand glam look!

Just dapped abit of it, you can get the thick shade of it..and it's long lasting..

Next is their fake eyelashes, they are not too thick and they stilll gave you the length and volume that is so natural and glamourous/sweet after the eyeshadow. and eyeliner.

Talk about eyeliner, i would recommend their Incredible Gel eye liner, the gel is richer and it doesnt smudge after long day!!!!

I tried their "sweetheart" lipstick.

It gave the matte semi red-pinkish look which doesnt make my lips look swollen yet full.

After the lipstick aply abit of the "Juicy Muah 02 Champagne" for a more glossy kissable lips.:D

Do you realised i've yet to mention bout foundation and concealer?:D

Yea, because it's so nude and natural.. you would have missed that step if your skin doesnt have any marks.:D

All you need is a light weight liquid foundation and abit of concealer for dark rings and marks..

then......dapped SUPER LITTLE "powder of youth"to set your concealer.

Lastly, if you have a darker skin tone, use a orange based blusher..
Fair person could try orange for a natural glowly look

pinkish ones for a much more sweeter look.

Now all famous bloggers get to see my ugly complexion!

But thats not the issue, because i know how to enhance my features and skin already:D

Way many years before what im now, im a fat chubby student who eat n eat.
Slowly, i become more vain..I wann slim..Sumhow i succeeded..
But that only last for few days...

Thats when i start gymming.:D

And my hardwork pays abit, from 49kg...withing a month..42kg.

My mum always force me to eat.

If you think you cnt slim.Then stay home sleep more..Will definitely reduce FAT.

Photoshoot and Food

Was sick and i took a total of 4 days mc in a month. SHIT;(

My boss and colleague were really nice and understanding.:)

I had my shoot on a sunday and lucky a afternoon one with Luke.

Met him before shoot for Breakfast, and i guess thats my fullest meal since 2 weeks of suffering.LOL

Im not anorexic, just felt sick so i ate very little.

Eh..seriously..i thought beauty shot suppose to have a lighter makeup?:D
No idea..oh well..

Meet up with my sweet girlfriend Amaryllis.
And Karhao met us in awhile.
She just came back from korea and got me Mask and LOLLIPOP!
HAPPY!!

I keep changing out my clothes thru out the journey.

Luke keep laughing at my eyebrow cause they were not brush nicely during the shoot.
So i went to re-brush them nicely.HAHA

Karhao, another one..keep commenting on my attire.
I always like casual look so i actually change back to my shirt.

Then they thought i look like a patient, so i change into my newly bought topshop singlet.

And finally..i dun have to run to the toilet to change liao!:D

Had Jap food for dinner.

And we had 5 10 as usual where Amaryllis would normally be good at..:D
Karhao lose, so loser clear the wasabi. LOL I guess for so long not much girls or guys got to get so much shot of Luke.

I gain weight the next day after this outing..And seriously..

I have already received three advance bday gifts and they were really interesting .

1st one from Eric Tang, my photographer whom i know him for very long!! Since i started my modelling and so on..We had a clique of friend who always go for food outing!!:D

So cute la....OMGGG..And eric was sick, coughing really badly.

Invited to join OMY.SG Yummilicious Feast last week.

Had a great meal and time with the food bloggers and i would say,

14 bloggers took up this "Challenge", eight eateries at Icon Village in 4 hours!

Stuffing good food is sucha beautiful thing!:D

And yes, i ditched my diet for that day.

I just love food too much...LOL

I thought i gonna be lonely. But the bloggers were nice people leh!

It's like almost a year ever since i met her??Kyoko. Japanese food blogger who came to Singapore to work.

She's really friendly too.

The ambience is good.:)

This is the bar where their chef prepares the sushi and sashimi.

Their chef's are Japanese as well.

So you know you are tasting the authentic Sushi uh!:D

Most of their Ingredients are from Australia, US and Japan..and few others countries.
If you are concern about the radiation issue, you shouldnt be worry as they have gone thru
several inspection before they get to have their food serve in the restaurant.

One unique thing bout this restaurant is,
you don't get to see same menu on the list.
They will customise every ingredient they have for the day to play with.

Interesting uh? Customised menu based.

Chef Hidehashi Nobuaki trained with the legendary Kitcho group of restaurants in Japan. He is also licensed to serve fugu(potentially deadly puffer fish).

Prices starts from $148, for a minimum of 7 courses.

This is the set of sushi we had.

From left to right.

- Tai (sea bream blow-torched)
- Lightly poached Crystal Bay Prawn from Australia
- Hamo (pike eel) with special ginger and miso sauce.
- Octopus with dollop of ume
- Hokkaido Uni

This is one of my favourite with i find it really interesting and exotic.
The Hamo is topped with Miso ginger sauce.

A very unique taste.

SALTA Argentine Parrilla and Grocer

The restaurant is named after a city in Argentina - Salta.
The cattle in Argentina graze the grass plain freely and openly, resulting lean meat and less saturated fats. There's no hormones or supplements are given, thus the beef is natural and healthy:D

If you are a meat-eater, you gonna love this and eat in eating till your butt burns

Mixed Grill Platter:

Beef Sirloin, Beef Skirt, Chicken Thigh, Black Hog Pork Loin, Pork Sausage. With grilled vegetables and chimichurri sauces.

I find the sausages and beef sirloin really good.
The meat were seasoned with salt and wasn't too saltish.

You would still be able to taste the natural flavours of it.
The meat wasn't over grilled and i still manage to taste the bit of moist and sweetness from it thou it's only seasoned with salt. And it's not FAT at all..It's meat is very lean.

The Beef skirt was bit hard but it work really very well with the chimichurri sauces.

The chicken was fine, not too oily and it's still tender. D

And the lamb does not carry that heavy smell.

I almost could not differentiate the beef and lamb.

Pizzeria L'Operetta

The only Neapolitan style pizza in Singapore.

Owner, Mr Katsumi Mizutani hope to bring in this Neapolitan pizza and made authentically in traditional wood oven.

Those Japanese kitchen crew were awesome.

You know, having many cute kitchen crews are a bonus to the restaurants. I not swallow but seriously, they are really cute! And professional in pizza making too.

Whoa..Don't get me wrong...they are talented in pizza making.

Tell me the pizza im holding is NOT JUST TASTY.
It's implanted with loads of passion from these talented Kitchen crew.

The enthusiasm in perfecting and baking the best pizza in the world is what makes the pizza taste extremely different.

The thing bout neapolitan pizza is the the centre parts of thte pizza is very moist.

Basically, the semi-cooked york is soaking into the bread texture pizza. With the Crispy side crust supporting the shape of the pizza.

Shiok-ness.

The dough was fermented for fermented for 24hr to get that chewy texture and was baked over 450 degree celcius for 1 and half mins.

NO NEED TO WAIT!!!:D

Very different from the usual pizza you had anywhere. I Swear!
But if you are somebody who doesnt like moisty bread, that might be a exception for you.

You might just love this creation once you taste it.:)

I love the texture of york on the pizza but that doesnt apply to soggy bread.:D

Oxtail Ramen.

The soup is good, not too saltish. And it does not carry any weird taste as i always thought.

You know Oxtail? That kinda freaky smell? I mean that kind of weird?:D

Surprisingly, the radish and the oxtail gave the plain looking soup a boost in the taste.
Lightly saltish and sweet but not too plain. And it's not oily at all! The pepper brings out the taste even more.

I can taste abit of the beefy smell and not stinky:D
I doesnt really take beef and lamb meat os of their smell.
So im pretty selective when it comes to beef and lamb. Hotstone Tsuke-men.

The Soup-based is kinda thick.
Probably the added soy bean paste , sesami oil and some "Special" ingredient to made it.

The noodles wasn't very pleasing by eating it just alone like that.
It's dry and tasteless...

But it was ok when dipped with their Thick soup.

Probably for people who loves sesami oil would love this ramen!:)
I felt that Ramen Culture abit more towards the China taste and style.
The taste were quite different from the other Japanese Cusine. They emphasis more on their sauce. That is why the sauce is a miracle to save the dry noodles from being mark down by nasty remarks..:D

Muffet's Room

The beer-batter fish & Chip is the best!:D
They are using anchor beer for the batter fish.

The texture of the fish were soft and tender and the outside were crispy and loose.
Not bad leh!:D

The concept of this whole cafe is to give customers a HOME-FEEL.

Served with fresh ingredient and they have their daily specials too!

This is the Linguine with crabmeat sauce in tomato sauce.
I guess i still prefer something light and simple? Aglio Olio style.
I shall try their Aglio Olio the next visit! :D

Their cream sauce linguine was quite different.

And the sauce was not those creamy milky kind...
instead quite light and abit sticky(probably due to the lemon chemical reaction)

Abit creamy. And slight lemon taste. You get to taste the linguine and ingredient in one mouth instead of sucking the creamy sauce in every scoop you eat..

I find it annoying when i've to drained abit of the sauce off at times

when eating cream pasta at other places. Do you do that too??Or am i just weird?:D

Not too fluffy,thick but it's not overly sweet! Just my type of cake.

What i mean was..how can you not be attracted to come back for more cupcakes when the service was really good? And i love her attitude. Friendly and attentive.

Oh well, i bombed her loads of questions and she's still smiling and listening to me attentively.
My thaiboy don't even realised i've talked for an hour can!!! This lady her is really nice.
She gives eye contact one ok!LOL.
And that is what i call a decent customer service.

2rd reason to come back...
They does customise cakes as well.
She shown us her past Masterpiece, she baked a Prada Mini Tote
for one of her customers who wanted to present this cake to his friend.
So he sent the photos to her and she did it!

Which was about 2kg?? $80 only!

CHEAP LEH!! And it was nicely baked and decorated.
Now guys, you can save up few thousand on buying branded for the girls..

Tried their low fat Cheese cake. Happily eating and totally no controls over my bites..

I felt that the taste of earl grey is more than the coffee thou.:D
You definitely wouldnt be insomnia if you had it at night.
I know right.

Fat is the next thing you gonna think of when you sink your teeth in this yummy treat.
You can consider the Low Fat Cheese tart if you are as conscious as me and you die die also wanna eat some treats to cure your sweet cravings.

This Frozen cheese tart is like a heaven.
I love cheese but this cheese is DOPE!
It taste like ice cream.

Strawberry shortcake's majority's favourites.

The cake were really soft and the cream were fluffy and light. Easy on mouth.:DBut the cake wasn't as sweet for a Strawberry shortcake.

Probably the previous sweet WHIPS cupcake kinda took a place in my heart?Hmmm.
Oh well, i love the frozen cheesecake! A must try, you must try!

Frost bites has a firm texture as compare to others.
Using their very own homemade recipe, they created a yogurt blend that is a lil bit more to the sweet ones. It's love in fat and nutritious..

They have more than 20 toppings to choose from. And prices are affordably from $3.80 onwards.

The yogurt came just right when we need it.
We had so much today and it's time to digest!:D

FYI, i had yogurt everyday. And i took frozen yogurt as a sweet treat every week.
Healthy right!:D

The yogurt taste were really different from Frolick and Yami Yogurt.
Worth the try yo!
The lady and guy behind the counter wasn't very stingy over the servings too!

So sorry again for long no updates.
Been really busy gymming and working.
My birthday is coming! YEA!And i have yet to prepare for it.

Should i be stress or be happy?:D
Oh well, im happy everyday because my working environment is really pleasant.
I feel happy even on Monday.

Sometimes, i feel that psychologically, if you feel happy..
Your sub-conscious mind will naturally give you happy hormones even without chocolate.

Days pass darn fast..And i guess..Few more blinks, it's gonna be Pay day again:D

Thaiboy has been really nice recently, i told him i want my fresh milk grassjelly,
he brought it to my house for me:D
He even sent me to work in the morning cos he knows i've been gymming and slept late very tired and always late for work.:D

I had Blackforest mc flurry, Cheesy Meatball, Wendy's large fries, Coke and His Claypot rice FOR DINNER

I had tomyum and few mouthful of rice and 2 cream cracker plus one milo for my lunch.

AND...I had Multi grain loaf from breaktalk, for my breakfast.

I gyess ytd was like a HEAVY EATING day.
But i enjoy myself alot.:D

Few days ago, i met up with Sheena And CY for Steamboat!:D

After our heavy meals, we went to cold storage.

I could not resist the temptation of buyin alot of Pack yogurts home.

I can really eat them for my 3 meals!:D

HAHA!And im really happy on that day as well, becos i had loads of food.

I really love eating and after i start my diet.

I really become more satisfy with any food around me.

Im nt picky and I can be really happy over just plain rice and tomyum every lunch time.:D

Ok, im still weighing 45kg even afte my heavy eating days.

But must always remember do not over eat! once or twice it's okay.

Just workout to burn them off lo!:D

My mum doesnt like me to go gym.

She hates my define collar bone, chest bone and shoulder bone.

By making her feel beta, i show my my thunder thigh.:D

My thigh does not have an obvious result on slimming.

But would say, they are least flabby..

They not not vibrating that heavily even on escalator!:D

I bought Nature's Wonders Fruits & Nuts Fusion to mixed for my yogurt.

For people who wanna try yougurt diet.

You can get PAUL's brand set yogurt. And you can add YOPAIT FORME 47-50CALORIES per pack yogurt to mix them with Paul yougurt to reduce the sour-ness..

and add abit Nuts to go along with.

TASTE SUPER GOOD!And i had that for breakfast every morning.

It kinda start out my body system in a more healthy and energetic way.

Feel less sinful and helps digestion and detox as well.

ALTERNATIVE FOR LUNCH:

Koka low fat Cup noodles, Laksa. 70g.
With Tuna brine in water. 1-2 servings.
Plus Hot Green tea.

Or, Steamed Broccolli with carrots and Golden Mushroom.
1-2serving of Fruits.
1 Egg.

Thats how i survive la..When you are craving for carb.
Opt for Wholemeal bread.
Or..few table spoon of rice.
Or..GUO TIAO NOODLES(Instead of yellow ones)

For dinner, normally if im having gym later..
I will have only 1 serving of yogurt for energy.
Sometimes, my mum will boiled Fish Bittergourd or tofu soup.
I will drink abit too!

This is my look for work. Yes, very light.

And i stop using bb cream.

Im using Murad's Primer and concealer and powder.

My skin becomes beta cos of lesser clog pores and scars lighten.

I would recommend a 2weeks fruit and oiless and sugarless diet if you wanna get a good skin.

You have to dra those toxic out in order to heal.

Importantly, some exercises!:)

It works for me! But of course, right now, i did take some tomyum soup and rice for my lunch!

Im not very hardcore now. I still eat like human but lesser than usual:)

Im currently about 45kg. (my weighing machine).

And about 46kg for the digital ones.:D

Was really tired almost everyday as i slept like only 5hrs a day and wakeup at 6.30am every morning. HAHA! And of cos, i don't put so thick makeup to work la!:D

I had some salmon mentai spaghetti. But i did not finished it.

Sick of the taste. I still prefer the Cheese Stick. OMG..

For that particular day that i met Amelia, i had super thick makeup for work.
My colleague got a shock!
And they realised how makeup does wonder!:D

Im like a motivation of many lazy girls lo!HAHAHA.

And that night was sinful.

We had Durian Sago dessert and some side dishes.

THATS NOT ALL! MY WHOLE WEEK IS STUFF WITH FOOD.

And thaiboy trying to fed me too!OMGGGGGG...

Anyway, i love my job and my workplace.

What motivates me was the Vending Machine at our pantry.

I love all the drinks there!:D

How amazing it is to have hot milo and 2 cream crackers to go along for hgh tea.

HAHA! I guess you know my diet wasnt that scary after all.:D

Im having all this for many days alr. But of course i work out almost everyday.

NO PAIN NO GAIN!:)

Alright..I feel like working Part time on my weekend as well.

I can save up to do my teeth! Or probably save up and do a small business?:D

My boss were really nice, they allow me to work part time o long it doesnt involove what our company is doing!!:)

WHO SAYS SINGAPOREAN GUY NOT ROMANTIC???

My bro broke the trend of been lazy singaporean proposal yesterday of arranging a wonderful marriage propose to his girlfriend emily at SAF Opening house at Paya Lebra Airbase.
He's a delicated engineer for Singapore Airforce for darn long alr.

He decided to use one of the plane that he's been working on to propose.

He hired Djs for his 15mins "live show",

and get his officer to help him out in the whole process of romantic till die proposal.:D My brother was rather surprise that so many people actually crowd around to witness their love and confession.

Such a pity that the speaker weren't loud enough..if not will draw even more crowd.:D

We manage to trick her up to the aircraft and thing proceed as usual.

After this, we had family dinner at Paradise Inn @ NEX.

I feel darn FAT that day.I had loads of Fat food.LOL

I had Yopait, Forme Yogurt everyday!(Only 50calories) LOW FAT AND SUGAR :D

I mix it with my pure disgustingly taste yogurt o reduce the Sour taste.

And it works pretty well. I added grapes and cherry tomato into it.

Made my breakfast taste really good and healthy!:)

Anyway, always read the nutritional Fact if you going on such intensive diets.

Those LOW in fat food always HIGH IN SUGAR.

For me i look out or Low n Sugar and Fat kind.

ENJOY YOUR DAY!I love my job and my workplace. IM ENJOYING EVERYDAY.

Dun even have the DRAG TO WORK kind of feeling.:)

HEY!!Sorry been working so seldom blog alr:(

I have been gymming almost everyday!And i had a rest for the day.
I had fat food and feeling bit guilty. But its okay. 1-2 a week is fine eh!"D

I had yogurt almost everyday for breakfast and Milo and walnut bread when i reach my office. I really love my job man!:D

Ok, i gonna go to bed alr..VERY TIRED!
A change of diet kind of affect my hormones and delay my periods=(
And im super moody now. ;(

Anyway, i need get office wear, probably something casual but look good!
