Food tasting at paradise dynasty Vivo

Wednesday, April 30, 2014

Was inviting for food tasting session for Mothers' and fathers' day special at paradise dynasty Vivo.
Brought G along.
First up, appetitser: we had vinaigrette jellyfish.
Very light and refreshing.

La Mian in Signature Pork Bone Soup served  with Deep-fried Pork Ribs.
A palatable and vapid bowl for my main.
But I must say, I love these pork ribs. That spices positively exploded my taste bud. The succulent fresh with crispy exterior is an awesome combo.

La Mian with Poached Marbled Beef in Szechuan Style
The soup base for this bowl were slightly briny with a hint of aromatic spices and a sweet aftertaste.
A stronger taste compare to the previous la mian.

Now here's the best of the best.

Tribute Basket of Love (Dang Gui &
Shi Quan Xiao Long Bao)

We were told to taste the pink ones before the green.

Omg Look!!!
One spoonful of soup oozing from my xiao long baoooooo.
I seriously love the tonic soup taste. The herbal scent/taste wasn't overbearing and it compliments well with the minced meat.

Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop

Mix the egg yolk and ready to dig in.
The taste wasn't saltish at all. Goes well with a stronger taste main dish. It's pretty light that you can eat it on it's own. :)

That's all folks!
