NO NO NO TO KFC. CHICKEN'S CRUELTY!
SINFUL SINFUL SINFUL. SAVE MONEY, SLAMMING THEM, TEARING THEM, CUTTING OFF THEY BEAK, OMGG...KFC DOESN'T WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY!
WORST KILLING- KFC

Now left with Long john silver, Popeye, Burgerking, Carls jr..
Maybe i should do a test out for these fastfood too!:D:D:D
Anyway, the oil of the fried from long john silver is like double or triple fof the fries from mcdonalds. Seriously, super oily. But no doubt, it's nice uh..:D
But for long run...i guess i should start to take care of my body b4 they deteriorate.
If you tried to squeeze the oil out with the serviette..You can see how horrible we people have been eating this crap..OMG!

Eat more vege and fruits people. (:
You will love this habit very soon and you will naturally feel healthy and happier.

Ok..i have been trying out my new diet plan.
For about a week already..
Taking wholemeal raisin and walnut bun from breaktalk and a tomato every morning..
20 female pushup, 20 situps..stretching for 10-15mins..
Very little carbs for lunch..low oil content food and extreme low artificial sugar content food.
But with alot of chilli....:D
Dinner with fruits...not after 6pm.

RESULT: Im finally able to fit in a size 25 skinny jeans..with little tightness around my hip..
Squeezing little flabby out from my "SPARE TYRES".

Fyi, i used to get size 29 jeans and it's super tight around my "SPARE TYRE".

Conclusion: Eat more vege, eat in moderate, little workout, less oil, salt and sugar..DETOX MORE! NO SODA WATER! If you wanna trim your shape(:


P.s: My thigh and butt still flabby. But lesser cellulites now.(:
