I have been gymming almost everyday!And i had a rest for the day.
I had fat food and feeling bit guilty. But its okay. 1-2 a week is fine eh!"D
I had yogurt almost everyday for breakfast and Milo and walnut bread when i reach my office. I really love my job man!:D
Ok, i gonna go to bed alr..VERY TIRED!
A change of diet kind of affect my hormones and delay my periods=(
And im super moody now. ;(
